WPC Polymer Lubricant

WPC polymer lubricant is available as yellow or white powder or granules. This additive is developed by our company using innovative technology, and can significantly improve the processing quality of thermoplastics filled with wood flour or natural fiber bundles. Its excellent lubricating performance fully wets the wood flour or natural fibers, ensuring their uniform dispersion in the plastic melt. The nano-microcrystalline materials in the formulation help form a skeletal structure in the melt, thereby improving production efficiency and enhancing the appearance of the final product. In addition, it features excellent anti-settling performance, meeting the stringent requirements of various applications.

It is recommended that the addition level of all the above products be 0.1%-6%; the specific dosage depends on the formulation. The above dosages exclude the stabilizer-recommended formulation.
